you rock, rock

So again I have been quite the slacker jerk when it comes to posting this week. I have no good excuse, I simply haven't felt like writing. It happens on occasion, but fear not, this week could very likely bring to you an onslaught of witty repartee. Of course my great lack of communication with people who live outside of my house may result in a continuation of less blogging. Seriously, with 1 and a 1/2 exceptions, I haven't received any emails in a week, tear. RV being the full exception and Jared being the half exception, he gets props for writing me, but wow that was the shortest email ever. Anyway, tonight I bring to you the you rock, rock post. It shall be a delightful combination of "To blank with love" and that quote I stole from "I Heart Huckabees." Enjoy.

You rock, sweater guy. Sure you're middle-aged and in a bar wearing a mock turtleneck sweater dancing like a complete r'tard, but you also look like you're having a really good time doing it. So here's to you for having fun, giving me a good laugh & not caring about the people half your age in the bar who are getting a great amount of amusement from your great inability to dance.

You rock, my house. All the Christmas decorations are up almost & the place looks awesome. Hooray for fun Christmastime.

You rock, Ikea. Yeah your $100 giveaway rewarded horrible parents who exploited their children and abused them by making them sleep outside all night in below 40 temperatures, but you have awesome chocolate & gave it to me for free. If free chocolate isn't good I don't know what is.

You rock, iTunes free download of the week from last week. The song is "Sway" by The Perishers. Good stuff kids. Get to iTunes before Tuesday if you want to check it out. (For those of you who don't read this everyday, you may be out of luck for which I apologize.)

You rock, Barney's Beanery. Sounds like you should be a coffeeshop, but instead you are a cool sports-ish bar with every kind of food under the sun. Good burgers & fun atmosphere. Nice.

You rock, people who read this. Have an awesome week!

And you rock, flying monkeys.

You rock, roommate: thank you for always entertaining me with your witty banter - this one was especially amusing and brought about the tears-in-my-eyes, pee-my-pants type laughter. I was right there with you this weekend, and thanks for participating in the "let's get a life" program with me! So here's to you great friend-who else would freeze her ass off for 5 hours dressed as a Christmas present with me? LOVES YA!

YOU rock, roomie. :) I have quite enjoyed participating in the let's get a life program with you. I'm happy that we survived the true test of our friendship this weekend with the staying up all night decorating & then standing outside in the ass cold for 5 hours starting at 5:30 am. Few friends are that good. You are awesome!
