songs of the week!

Go here

Since Nicole and I are going to Copeland in October the first song is my favorite Copeland song.

And the second song is really just a childhood classic. Hmm, seems to be a theme on the blog this weekend.

Oh and since I'm not too advanced at this html stuff it's possible that the columns are not even as they should be (the titles should line up). They are even on my computer, but I am quite aware that it is possible that this is only true if your settings are exactly the same as mine. So, if the columns are off on your computer I apologize, and please let me know. If you happen to know how I could fix that problem should it in fact exist, please also let me know that.

Have fun and watch for flying monkeys!

Just for the record, the columns lined up on my computer. Which might just be some freaky genetic thing that we like our computer display settings to be exactly the same. Whatever. Anyway, do you remember when we were younger and we used to try and figure out where that song at the end of Land Before Time came from and who sang it? And, for that matter, what all the words were? I applaud your memory and/or sticktoitiveness for finding that song!

So I want you to figure out what concert we can go to when I come to visit you, because it's been far too long since we've been to a good concert together. (Remember the good old days of Spiritfest?)

I miss you!

Mmm Copeland. :)

Spiritfest, what a great time. It's too bad they're not doing that anymore. I'm glad to hear the columns lined up for you as well, maybe I'm better at this html thing than I think. ;) Though, now that I've said that I'm anticipating a comment from one of our dear Mac and/or Firefox users that says it looks like absolute crap to them . . . Hmm, at least I know it works in IE. Anyway, I will be on the lookout for cool concerts as I pretty much always am, though it would probably help to know when you plan on coming out here . . .

I forgot to say, my most distinct memory of the LBT song is hearing it in the car when we were at the drive through at River City Bank and singing along to it. I don't know why I remember that. Didn't we have the soundtrack on cassette for that movie? I'm pretty sure we did.

Thanks Matt. Though, to be fair I did not do the flash coding. I don't want you to be impressed for skills that I do not have.

I'm glad you like Copeland now. :) They're gonna be in Seattle Oct. 17th . . .

On the right of the player just past the arrows that allow you to maximize and minimize the playlist and display windows there is a little tiny copyright symbol that will take you to the site where you can download a zip file with the player and instructions on how to use it. Steve you should get it and then you can upload your songs of the measurement of time until you put another song up. :)
