I want someone who is so excited by the idea of being with me that he'd do anything, think up crazy scenarios, try whatever it would take, when really all he'd have to do is ask . . .

hmm but really, this stuff isn't that important. i mean, it's a lot less flowers, and a lot more communication.

As a Communications major, I can authoritatively say that communication is about so much more than just words. So much more. And while I said nothing about flowers, they do communicate. Silly ridiculous actions and crazy scenarios do communicate. They say, "You're important to me and I want to do something to show you that, put forth some effort because actions speak louder than words."

At any rate, the point of what I wrote is that I want a guy who is so excited by the idea of being with me that he'd be willing to do anything, but really all he'd have to do is ask, i.e. communicate (with words) how he feels.

Indeed Troy it is a twisted waltz we dance. Somedays I think it's a miracle that anyone manages to figure it all out. Though to be fair, there is probably a girl in your life who wouldn't run away & is hoping that one day you'd realize that and decide to make yourself a fool for her.
